SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has a massive plan to build his own town on the outskirts of Austin, Texas

The billionaire, who moved to Texas in 2020 and has relocated or expanded a number of his companies into Central Texas.

According to the report, Musk has the vision to build out a “Texas utopia” along the Colorado River in Bastrop County where the workers of Tesla Inc., SpaceX, and the Boring Co. could live and work.

It’s clearly called “Snailbrook” — named after the Musk-established Exhausting Organization’s gastropod mascot — and has purportedly been portrayed by both Musk and his representatives as his vision for a “Texas Perfect world” along the Colorado Stream where SpaceX, Boring Company, and Tesla workers can reside, work, and play, and never need to leave.

Likewise, Claire “Grimes” Boucher, Musk’s here and there again ex, and Kanye “Ye” West, the antisemitic rapper who as of late said that he loved Hitler, have both counseled on the town’s plan, as reported.

His New Town

In this way, basically, a whole town where representatives function as well as live and play under Musk’s supervision. Seems like… fun, particularly given the record of “organization towns” that have generally been inclined to double-deal.

In the official meeting with landowners and real-estate agents, Musk has reportedly described his idea for the estate, which he envisions building on thousands of acres of property he purchased on the Colorado River

Over the past three years, Musk has purchased at least 3,500 acres of land near Austin, where there are huge production facilities for Tesla, SpaceX and tunneling firm the Boring Company.

His New Town

Among the people who the Tesla chief executive has consulted to help him design the Musktopia are Kanye West and his ex-girlfriend, the Canadian singer Grimes.

Local sources told the Wall Street Journal that the world’s richest person owns or controls up to 6,000 acres in the area.

His plan would allow him to set some of his own rules and regulations and offer over 100 new homes to his employees in the area at “below-market” rents.

The planned town is next to existing Boring Co and SpaceX facilities currently under construction, and the site would have a pool, outdoor sports complex and a gym center.
